Position Type: On-site - Temporary (Approximately 6 months duration)
Pay: $20 - $21 Hourly
Location: Southwest Austin

A growing, national provider of litigation support services is seeking an experienced Collector to join their Finance Division. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their communication skills, enjoys resolving issues, and has a proven background in B2B collections.

What You'll Do:
- Actively correspond with clients to collect unpaid balances and negotiate payment plans
- Research and resolve disputed invoices in coordination with internal departments
- Generate and manage dunning letters and system-generated collection tasks
- Keep clients informed on payment status and account standing
- Escalate unresolved issues as needed and maintain clear documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely collections

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of collections experience preferred; legal background is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
